It has tools for document distribution, transmittals, and drawing management, and has version control so that everyone is working on the current version. Project controls provide us an accurate view of how projects are performing across cost, schedule, design, and the effects of changes to all these. Workflow management helps reduce complexity, improves data capture, and increases control throughout the project cycle. 

Through centralizing communication, we improve project management. RFIs and queries are digitalized, and we easily manage and coordinate advice to RFIs, and issue site instructions and directions. Requests and approvals, change management, delays & EOT are managed from a single point. It provides cross-discipline collaboration, design coordination, review and approvals. In terms of quality and safety, we automate and standardize field-based processes, to speed up inspection times, drive accountability, and minimize delays with quick access to checklist and forms, health and safety, defects and punch lists.
