APCO is a full-service engineering, consulting and project management firm founded in 1987. We have offices in Ankara, Istanbul, Turkey, England and Iraq.
The projects we handle range from small-scale projects to large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Our project management skills and technical excellence enable us to manage large-scale investment projects for private and public sector clients on time and within budget, such as the world's largest hospital built under a single contract (Bilkent Hospital) and the 139 km long high-speed Metro in Istanbul.
Our public sector clients include the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Health, the Railways Authority, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ), and the General Directorate of Highways. Our services are based on ethical considerations, diligence and the FIDIC principles. We have completed design and consultancy services for 1,000 km of light rail and railway, 2,064 km of highway, 2,580 km of infrastructure and 1,775 km of conventional railway projects, as well as consultancy services for superstructure projects with a total construction area of 8,590,000 m2.
