APCO Teknik provides design review, construction supervision and tender support for 30,000-house post-earthquake reconstruction project in Adana and Osmaniye.

All project management processes of the residential, office and commercial areas of the mixed-use building constructed in Quagadougou, Burkina Faso were carried out with APCO Teknik expertise.

APCO Teknik undertook the application projects, technical specifications, cost analyses and all consultancy processes in the Ankara Courthouse project.

For the multi-purpose Cultural Center built in Ankara, APCO Teknik provides consultancy services before, during and after construction within the scope of the 16,000 m² project.

APCO successfully completed the turnkey renovation of the Işıl Club Hotel in Bodrum according to Hilton DoubleTree standards.

APCO has renovated Nikki Beach in Bodrum into Hilton's Susona Bodrum, LXR Hotels & Resorts. The project includes a turnkey renovation of 76 villas and suites.

APCO provided renovation services for the existing facility for the Silence Istanbul Hotel.

Project management and consultancy services are provided by APCO Teknik in the construction of new service buildings with a total area of ​​18,958 m² belonging to Adana Forestry Regional Directorate.
