The total construction area of the project is approximately 16.000 m² and consists of two multi-purpose halls with a capacity of 935 and 494 people, foyer and exhibition areas, study halls, cafeterias, offices, technical areas and indoor parking lot. The Cultural Center is designed to organize meetings, exhibitions, courses, shows, competitions, audio and video programs.
