Istanbul New Airport High Speed Metro Project

It is the longest metro line (139 km) tendered under a single contract in Turkey, and it is the fastest metro line in Turkey (120 km/h) with 12 Tunnel Boring Machines (TAM) used at the same time for the first time in Turkey. The Smart Tunnel Concept and the first domestic and national signaling system (Aselsan) were also used in this project. The total investment budget of the project is 2.750.000.000 €.
