The Nakkaş-Başakşehir section of the Northern Marmara Motorway, Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge (3. Bosphorus Bridge) and the Marmara region, which aims to alleviate traffic congestion by offering alternative routes. This 50 km section of toll road, including a 1,618 m inclined suspension bridge with a span of 440 m, is designed to accommodate four-lane traffic in all directions. The bridge's towers, which reach a height of 196 m, are designed with a distinct "diamond" geometry and include 136 support cables and 272 anchors for improved stability. The Sarıyer - Kilyos connection is planned as a total length of 8 km and 2x2 lanes in the north direction towards Kilyos after the existing Çayırbaşı tunnel, and the tunnel section is designed as a two-lane double tube, each of which is approximately 7 km long. The Sarıyer-Kilyos tunnel and connection road will be directly connected to the Uskumruköy Connection Road built within the scope of the Northern Marmara Motorway, thus ensuring the full integration of Sarıyer and its surrounding settlements with the Northern Marmara Motorway. The total investment budget of the project is 1,000,000,000 USD.
